Stacey Mecier

Stacey watched her parents’ and grandparents’ commitment to giving back and actively serving the communities that we call “home”. Her professional interests may seem wide ranging – from the Indiana University Alumni Association, to real estate, to hospitality and tourism, to her work with non-profits – however, the common thread is Stacey’s love of connection with people, and a deep desire to make everyone’s personal experience better through those interactions. Stacey founded Crossroads Agapé to serve survivors of sexual abuse, exploitation, and trauma, after learning that her own daughter was a survivor of childhood trauma, and will devote the rest of her life to working towards education, advocacy, prevention, healing and restoration. Stacey is a certified Darkness to Light Facilitator, and a Court Appointed Special Advocate for CASA of Floyd and Washington Counties.
